At D'Addario, we stand behind the quality of our products and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all accessories and documentation are included to avoid any processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or use a tracked shipping method of your choice.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days back to your original payment method.
